Louise Brochu is a savvy and knowledgeable realtor who has gone above and beyond our expectations in this highly competitive real estate market. She takes a personal interest in her clients and listens to the needs and wants of her buyers to make their dream of becoming a home owner possible. My husband and I wouldn’t recommend anyone but Louise Brochu when looking to buy or sell a home. We are grateful for all of her hard work and dedication!!!

She was exceptionally helpful in arranging for resources to remove unwanted furniture and other items prior to the closing of the sale. I would highly recommend working with Louise for any real estate matters. She was amazing to work with. Louise has a wide knowledge of the market, properties, pricing and real estate law. Her invaluable experience guided us at every step of the process. We initially met with her to describe our needs and she quickly began a search for us, sending us listings as soon as they became available, setting up showings and going with us to the showings. She provided us with all the paperwork, pointing out all of the positive things and more importantly at times all the negative things. She guided us to make our offer helping us negotiate through it to a very successful purchase. It did not end there, she continued helping us all the way through to the closing. We could not have gone through this process without her help.
